Here I use the burgundy colored glitter eye shadow, gellineren mixed with Duraline to get a sharper line, highlighter, under makeup base and lipstick from Inglot aswell as other cosmetics products from other brands.

Today I received a small package with great products from Inglot which is a famous shop worldwide I had not even heard of the brand before when I walked past a store in New York - I'm super happy for this brand proved to be a incredibly nice! I'm very happy with the products I've gotten tested so far, and I look forward to showing you more of it since I've had a little more experience with it too. body transformation - my workout and diet plan

I've got some questions regarding exercise and diet that I thought to answer in this post. Do you have any other questions then just ask!
I can also answer people personally by mail.

When did you start exercising? And how many times a week do you exercise?

I started training at the beginning of February. Since then I started training, I have trained about as often as I can, I've been a little slowing of training since mid-March due to a back injury I had, but it has finally been improved so now I start up fully again.

How much and what do you eat?

First I must say something to comment founders I've got that I eat too little and that I have to learn to eat properly. I eat when I'm hungry and I starve myself absolutely not. I often eat and enough that I will be satisfied. Every day for several weeks, I've eaten about this, and it works out very well for me. It's nice that people care, but I eat really not too little compared to what my body needs.


Do you eat candy?

I try my best to avoid sweets. But, of course, once in a while, so I could spoon a little. My rule of thumb is that it is only allowed to eat any form of sweets or cakes on Saturdays, otherwise not. Should I get myself something sweet at night, so I usually eat or berries, especially strawberries, it's so good

Have you lost any weight?

I have indeed! Weighed me about three weeks ago and when I weighed 60kg, now I've gone down to 55kg. I think I weighed about 63-65kg when I started training. If you wish, I can probably post a before and after picture.


healthy chocolate balls - recipe

Several asked for the recipe for chocolate balls I let out a photo on Friday, and as I promised I will lay out the recipe now. This was just something we experimented with, and it's just adding more or less of what you yourself want. I think the bullets were amazingly good.

We need: 5 ml of oatmeal, 1 whole 70% of chocolate, 2 teaspoons cocoa, 2-3 cheese, half a cup of Espresso, 1-2 eggs & coconut sprinkle.

Here's how: First you mix all the dry ingredients - except of course the coconut. Thus, the coffee to boil and cook all the chocolate, cooked in a pan with about one--2ml of water until it becomes liquid. Only then add the egg whites, coffee and chocolate. Then you just mix everything together well, and then let it cool a bit before you start making balls, coconut shedding. I recommend them to cool slightly in the refrigerator before eating.

Mango, blueberries, yoghurt and lemon water is so incredibly good! This week I decided that I should exercise at least 5 times, and tighten up on the diet. Notice that it is so easy to track when I'm not properly prepared for it .. Now I'll at least try to sharpen me. I'll start putting my goals again, as I did last year. Something at least I've decided is that I will hike at least once a week, and I'll spend more time making good and healthy food. It's so lovely when you first come into your routine, do you agree? ♥

Is there something I do not make it a day without, it's iced coffee. I love iced coffee! After we got us coffee machine has become so incredibly easy that I make it all the time, haha​​!

The mixing in the blender: 1 single espresso (2 if you want more coffee flavor), 1-2 milk and 2 tablespoons liquid chocolate or chocolate sauce. There will be approximately one glass. The glass fills you with some chocolate sauce and 3-4 ice cubes. More than me who is obsessed by iced coffee? Haha Now I'll make me more iced coffee and relax for the rest of the evening.
